This site (Jazz Nation Japan) is an unofficial fan site operated by a private individual. The following describes how visitor information is handled.
Information We Collect
The following is recorded automatically when you view a page or post to the message board:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- URL of the page viewed
- Referring URL
- Browser and device type (user agent)
- Country or region code of the connection
If you post to the message board, the name and message you enter are also stored.We do not collect email addresses or any other contact information.
Purpose of Use
- Handling inappropriate posts and abuse, including restricting posts from specific IP addresses
- Counting visitors and informing improvements to the site
- Investigating technical problems such as unauthorized access
The information is not used for any other purpose.
Retention
- Access logs: deleted after approximately one year
- Message board posts and associated records: may be retained for a period after deletion in order to prevent repeat abuse
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, transfer or disclose collected information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
External Services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and traffic passes through their network. Google Fonts is used for typography. We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and we do not serve advertising.
Cookies
No cookies are used for ordinary browsing. A cookie is issued only when the site administrator logs in.
Message Board Policy
Posts falling under the following may be removed without notice, and repeated violations may result in the IP address being blocked:
- Defamation, discriminatory language, or threats
- Advertising, solicitation, or spam
- Content infringing the rights of others
- Anything else the administrator judges inappropriate

This is an unofficial fan site with no affiliation to the NBA, the Utah Jazz, the NHL, the Utah Mammoth or any related organization. Images on this site are photographs taken by the administrator of items the administrator owns. If you believe there is a rights issue, please contact us via the message board and we will respond promptly.
